Raised Floors

Raised floors are one of the architectural finishes and rely on providing a structural floor raised on metal supports to create a hidden space for the passage of mechanical and electrical services.

These floors are often measured in tiles with dimensions of 600×600 mm.

The original composition of the tile can be calcium sulfate, wood, or concrete.

The tile is covered with a layer of (anti-static vinyl, rubber, HPL laminate, linoleum, carpet, ceramic, etc.).

Types of Raised Floor Tiles

Perforated Tiles

Perforated tiles are made of zinc-coated steel and consist of 576 holes with a diameter of 12 mm. The total area of the perforations is 765 cm³, which equals 18% of the tile’s area.

Calcium Sulphate Tiles

Tile Composition: The tile is made of calcium sulphate with a density of ≥ 1500 kg/m³.

Tile Edge: PVC surrounds the edges of the tile with a thickness of 0.5 mm.

Surface Layer: Vinyl, rubber, carpet, HPL laminate, linoleum, natural stone, porcelain.

Bottom Layer: Aluminum foil with a thickness of 0.05 mm, galvanized sheet with a thickness of 0.5 mm.

Wooden Tiles

Tile Composition: The tile is made of wood chips with a density of ≥ 680 kg/m³ for models T30AT/T30AA and ≥ 720 kg/m³ for models T38HT/T38HA.

Tile Edge: A PVC strip surrounds the edges of the tile with a thickness of 0.5 mm.

Surface Layer: Vinyl, rubber, carpet, HPL laminate, linoleum, natural stone, porcelain.

Bottom Layer: Aluminum foil with a thickness of 0.05 mm, galvanized sheet with a thickness of 0.5 mm.
